What to evaluate

- Length of APRPD, parenchymal thickness, dilatation of renal calyces
- Presence of unilateral or bilateral hydronephrosis
- Presence of ureteral dilatation
- Thickened wall bladder/dilated bladder

Keep in mind

Should be performed in a well-hydrated state several days after birth.
